Jack Keane
Jack Keane is an amusing, action-packed Point 'n' Click Adventure with loads of allusions to well-known computer games and classic movies. Set in the early colonial period, the story leads likeable adventurer Jack Keane to a wide variety of places such as London, Capetown, or the jungles of India. In London he accepts a risky assignment for the Queen: it's up to Jack to travel to a remote island and stop a mad scientist out to rule the world with his army of trained apes. In the course of the story Jack meets the girl of his dreams, Amanda. With her help he uncovers Doctor T's devilish plans - and his carnivorous plants. Will the two be able to foil Doctor T's nefarious plan and save the world?

Jack Keane is colourful, well paced, not extraordinarily difficult, altogether great fun to play, and there's not a single four-star Army general in sight. In my opinion, and this may be heretical (for which I make no apologies), this is Monkey Island done right, at last. This is reflected in the grade I've given this game.

Acegamez.co.ul — review by Gina Harrison
You can never get bored of great point-and-click adventures, so you'll be glad to know that there's a brand new one coming your way! It's called Jack Keane and with it comes plenty of enjoyable characters, 3D worlds to explore, a mad evil scientist and maybe, if you're really lucky, there will be some pirates too!

Play.tm — review by Jennifer Allen
Disenchanted by the world of gaming that requires fast hand to eye co-ordination and no need for solving puzzles, unless you count deciding which grunt to shoot first as a brainteaser? Well come this way, because Jack Keane will be a refreshing surprise. Developed by Deck13, most famous for cartoon point and clicker Ankh, Jack Keane has slipped under the radar somewhat. Without a huge amount of press coverage, it may not do amazingly well compared to the likes of the Broken Sword series or LucasArts' games; but it certainly deserves to be noticed.
